Founder: Urban Tech Creative
James Lee Burgess is a creative technologist and founder of Urban Tech Creative. Drawing on a long career in architecture and urban design, he develops immersive and AI-driven systems that connect physical environments with digital layers, creating coherent, experience-led solutions for cultural, civic and educational contexts.

Sebastian Miller
Founder: Cambridge UX
Seb is a UX designer specialising in clear, intuitive digital experiences. He focuses on user journeys, interface clarity, and accessibility, translating complex ideas into simple, well-structured designs that work effectively across apps, touchscreens, and interactive platforms.

Charlotte Norman
Founder: AREA
Charlotte is a landscape architect and urban designer and director of AREA. She specialises in people-centred, sustainable landscape design, shaping public realm and green infrastructure projects that balance ecology, placemaking, and long-term environmental resilience.

Tom Dale
Founder: TD360
Tom is an immersive filmmaker and creative technologist, and founder of TD360. He is known for pioneering 360° film and VR for arts, culture, and performance, creating award-winning immersive experiences that prioritise storytelling and audience experience.

Hannah Houghton
Education Consultant
Hannah is an education and community consultant and former history teacher. She leads youth-led, place-based outreach for arts and heritage organisations, engaging schools town-wide to raise aspirations, literacy, digital skills, and pride in place.

Steve Bjorck
Founder: Eggbox Studios
Steve is a CGI and animation specialist and founder of Eggbox Studios. With a background spanning motion graphics, 3D animation, and visual effects, he creates high-quality imagery and animation for brands, agencies, and immersive XR projects.

Alex Hort-Francis
Software Engineer
Alex is a software engineer with a background in Games Design from Norwich University of the Arts. He specialises in frontend development, CMS architecture, and AI integration, supporting the development of applications, translation tools and LLM systems for use in education, cultural, and creative technology environments.

Jake Bignell
Games Developer
Jake is a Unity developer specialising in AR, VR, and real-time 3D applications. He focuses on interaction design, spatial logic, and performance optimisation, delivering robust, production-ready immersive experiences across mobile devices and head-mounted displays.

Haify Hamm
Head of Knowledge: Urban Tech Creative
Haify is Head of Knowledge at Urban Tech Creative, helping organise research and translate complex ideas around AI, immersive technology, and digital placemaking. Known for his curiosity and clear explanations, he also hosts Hamster AI Friday on LinkedIn, where he shares insights, experiments, and reflections on emerging technology and creative innovation.
